Turnkey project, Two years post completion.

Client required 1950’s council offices, turned into luxury 2/3 bedroom flats in the centre of Weymouth.

CDMPC, managed all aspects of this project, including, local planning, design, contractor negotiation, stage payments, clerk of works and final snagging.

This building had full occupancy within 2 years of purchase.
